Affiliates

Simply sign up here. We will review it and send you the access information to your account of affiliation.  Once you have been registered, you will have access to our affiliate extranet. You will be able to generate reservations in “My account” or even insert a URL, banner, or a search box if you have a website. Any reservation that comes from your part will be tracked in real time to your account, and your commission will then be generated.

Absolutely nothing. When a reservation through one of the registered URLs is registered, Only-apartments will manage it. The customer who has reserved from the affiliate webpage will receive the confirmation of the reservation and all other contacts details necessary.

In case a reservation is cancelled, you will still receive your affiliate commission.

You simply must add all your websites in the list of URLs, in “My account”. Insert a link for the format you wish to have in each website. All reservations that go through one of your websites will start to register when we activate your account. There are no limits: you can add as many websites as you like.

The percentage of your commission is calculated according to the amount that the customer pays at the moment of making the booking (which is our commission, VAT not included). We establish a progressive scale in which the commission rises as your websites generate more bookings. After reaching a certain level of commission, the percentage remains the same and it is applied to all the following reservations you receive, until you accumulate the number of bookings that are necessary to increase the commission. The percentages are shown in the following table:

*Remember: the booking fee is the Only-apartments commission, not the total amount of the rent that the customer pays. The percentage of your commission will be calculated over the booking fee.

The commissions are paid only through PayPal and according to the following criteria:

• Commissions are paid monthly once reaching the minimum of 50€. In case the minimum is not reached, the payment will be added to the following month.
• In case of 4 consecutive months of not reaching the minimum of 50€, the corresponding amount will be paid.
• Commissions are recorded at the end of the month and are paid over the following month from the 5^th day. For example, if during the month of February there are reservations that add up to 150€ of commission, these will be paid throughout the month of March from the 5^th day.

 

In the “Invoice” tab you can view all charged, dismissed, and overdue commissions. In the “Reservations” tab you will see all commissions that are pending for billing.

It is not necessary. We put together the bills of the affiliates and send them by email so that you can archive them. You will always have the possibility of downloading the bill from the “Invoice” tab.

We offer 4 types of integrations: URL, URL + banner, search box, or white label.

To generate the URLs you should consider the following steps:

1. Go to menu “Integration > Generate URLs”.
2. Write the country you want to generate and select one from the list.
3. Select the desired language from the Only-apartments webpage.
4. Select the option “Only URLs” to generate links only.
5. Once clicking “Generate”, a list of links will appear, which are divided into the following sections:
   • HOME: link to the Only-apartments HOME in the selected language.
   • Country URL: link to the page of the selected country and chosen language.
   • City URL: list of the pages of the cities that belong to the selected country and language.

   Remember that in order for the reservations to be counted as yours, you must have the URL of the page where you want to locate the integration registered in the “My account” section.

6. Finally, you must copy the appropriate link and paste it in your website. You have an icon that will allow you to open the link in a new tab.

To generate the URL + banner consider the following steps:

1. Go to the menu “Integration > Generator of URLs + Banners”.
2. Write the country you want to generate and select one from the list.
3. Select the desired language from the Only-apartments webpage.
4. Select the banner in the appropriate dimensions. For example, if you select “Banner 123x38” the system will show banners with 123px width and 38px of height.
5. By clicking “Generate”, a list of links will appear, which are divided into the following sections:
• HOME: link to the Only-apartments HOME in the chosen language, and link + banner in the chosen language.
• Country URL: link to the page of the selected country and chosen language, and link + banner in the chosen language.
• City URL: list of the pages of the cities that belong to the selected country and language, and link + banner in the chosen language.
6. Finally, you must copy the appropriate link, or the link and the banner, and paste it in your website. You have an icon that will allow you to open the banner in a new tab.

Remember that in order for the reservations to be counted as yours, you must have the URL of the page where you want to locate the integration registered in the “My account” section.

In order to generate search boxes you should consider the following:  

1. Go to the menu “Integration > Search boxes > List”.
2. Select a search box that is already generated. To do this, you will have the following filters:

   a.Keyword: it looks by the name of the search box.

   b.Language: it looks by the language by which the search box was generated.

3. Select the icon “Preview the code”, to see the HTML code that you should use.
4. Copy the code and paste it on your website. You have two icons so that you can view the search box and edit it.

  However, if you have not created a search box yet or want to use a different one, follow these steps to create one:  

1. Go to the menu “Integration> Search boxes > Create new ”
2. Create the new properties for the box:

• Name: name of the search box
• Language: language in which the texts of the box will be translated
• Box: type of box displayed
• URL: URL of the page where it will be placed
• Font color: desired font colour to be displayed
• Background color: desired background colour to be displayed
• Height: you need to adjust the height of the box depending on the type selected. There is a limit for adjustment, generally, +/- 60px.
• Width: you need to adjust the width of the box depending on the type selected. There is a limit for adjustment, generally +/- 60px.

    3. Save the selected configuration. You can then use the “View” button, which will show you how the box looks before saving it.   Remember that in order for the reservations to be counted as yours, you must have the URL of the page where you want to locate the integration registered in the “My account” section.

The white label, or the cobranding, allows your webpage to be visually associated to Only-apartments. When you send a potential client to our webpage, he or she will see that you and Only-apartments are partners, as you have the possibility of integrating your logo or header into our webpage. In order to do this you should consider the following:  

1. Go to the menu “Integration > White label”
2. Click on “Create white label”
3. In “Origin URL”, choose the URL from which you want your logo or header to be displayed
4. By clicking on “Select file”, upload your header there with a maximum size of 988x133.
5. If you want to insert a bar with the Only-apartments logo, choose the one you like the most and select the logo that you want with the bar by clicking on “Select file” and “Save”. If you do not want the bar, go directly below in order to save your changes.
6. From this moment on, all users that visit our website through yours will see your white label.

Remember that in order for the reservations to be counted as yours, you must have the URL of the page where you want to locate the integration registered in the “My account” section.

• If your website is translated into Spanish and it has an international reach, the best option is to use the HOME link in Spanish (the HOME includes all destinations): http://www.only-apartments.es
• If your website is translated into English and it reaches one country (for example, Spain), the best option is to use the URL of Spain in the English language (the country page includes all cities of one country): http://www.only-apartments.com/spain-en.html
• If your website is translated into French and it reaches one city (for example, Madrid), the best option is to use the URL of Madrid in the French language (the city page includes only a specific city): http://www.only-apartments.fr/appartements-madrid.html
• If you want to add a URL + Banner, it is advisable to choose the banner in the same language in which your website is translated
• Also, if you want to add a search box, it is advisable to choose it in the same language in which your website is translated and select the dimensions (height x width) that best suit the area where you plan to place it.

Remember that in order for the reservations to be counted as yours, you must have the URL of the page where you want to locate the integration registered in the “My account” section.

Yes, you can put as many links, banners or search boxes as you desire, but it´s important not to overload a web page with a lot of elements (one of each the maximum). Besides, it is advisable to place them in strategic areas of the page to boost traffic visits. Specifically, it is desirable to locate the elements in the following zones:

• Header of the webpage
• Body of the page, as long as it is not necessary to use the scroll-bar of the mousse to visualize it.
• If you have a search zone, it is advisable to add it to this zone.

  Remember that in order for the reservations to be counted as yours, you must have the URL of the page where you want to locate the integration registered in the “My account” section.

You should choose the country that corresponds to the city and select the right language.  Later, you should look for the city in the list and use the link or link + banner.

If Only-apartments does not display the location you desire, we advise you to choose the country where the city is located.

Check you have copied the entire HTML and that you have not changed the names of the tags (uppercase, lowercase, etc.) Also check that the space allocated in your webpage corresponds with the dimensions attributed to the box. The extranet is divided into the following tabs, located in the main menu:

• Your account: general details, invoice and billing details, and your registered websites.
• Reservations: it shows the generated reservations through the registered websites provided, always in real time.
• Billing: it shows the detail of the pending and paid invoices.
• Statistics: it shows the relationship between the number of visits registered through the registered websites and the percentage of reservations that were generated (% of reservations over the total number of visits). You can segment the information by:
  • Origin of the URL
  • URL of the destination
  • Countries
  • Languages
• Integration: necessary information to implement a link towards the search engine of Only-apartments. It basically has 3 forms: a direct URL, a banner, and a search box.
• Inbox: message service that allows you to easily contact our affiliate support team.
